cannot sync my PDA

Since August 2005 I have been unable to sync my Dell Axim X5. I get messages
that it cannot be connected etc. I use XP Professional and Office 2003. I
believe the PDA is PC2002. I am in desperate need of assistance. Please help.

microsoft.public.pocketpc.activesync should be a good place to start. But
first, have you tried a soft reset?
