Cannot swtch between user accounts

Previously it was possible to be logged on on and switch to another user account witout logging off
This option has no dissapeared from the pop up when I click on Start -> Log off

Hi omd,

Open the User Accounts applet in Control Panel, click on the "Change the way
users log on or off" link, then click in the checkbox beside "Use Fast User
Switching" to check this item (Use the Welcome Screen must also be checked
in order to enable the Fast User Switching), then click on the Apply Options
button.
