Cannot start server service

When I try to start the server service to share a local
printer, I get the error message

"Error 126: The specified module could not be found"


Any ideas what this could mean?
 
Seems it can't find all required DLLs or something. Try reinstalling the
"File and printer sharing" service from the network stack.
