Hi Wes,
When you read the article, you'll see a comment saying "srvsvc.dll does
exist". I've received many such comments, and decided to research on this
issue deeper. At last I realized that the driver file is also a vital
component of this service, without which the error 126 is shown when
starting the service. There may be other causes as well ;-)
