Cannot Start Outlook

I have been using Outlook 2002 and working well for a long time.
After I have removed this user from the administrator group of the domain
and local machine, whenever start outlook, there is only a dialogue box
saying "Cannot Start Microsoft Outlook."

I have already disabled all the add-ins but stilll the same dialogue box
poping up.

Is there anything can do to fix this problem? Any help would be appreciated
in advance. Thanks.

if you delete the user, which profile Outlook has tu use if you open
Outlook?

Try it with a new Outlook pofile:
