When attempting to start Outlook 2003, I get a message, "Cannot start
Outlook. Cannot open folders." I have reinstalled Office 2003 completely. It
must be running into problems. Previously, I have had Outlook Express and
Groupwise installed on this machine. Any suggestions?

I have the exact same problem with my computer (new computer). I miss having
a working outlook now as I can't sync with my Pocket PC. Please someone tell
me how to put the folders in the right spot for opening. I have installed
and uninstalled multiple times trying to fix this problem. I

I am having the same problem. Reinstalling and taking the advice of the tech
guys at work doesn't help either.

Have you tried going to settings - control panel - double-click on th
Mail icon. Click on 'Show Profiles' button. Choose the 'add' butto
and create a new profile and underneath click the option 'Always us
this Profile' and choose the new profile you just created.

Then try and open up M$ Outlook again.
