"Cannot start Microsoft Office Outlook. Unable to Open the Outlook

I'm on Windows XP, with MS Office 20003. Everything has been OK till the
past 24 hours. I've gotten two blue-screen Windows stops. Windows did a
CHKDSK when I restarted. I've done a disk cleanup and deleted some files.
Now, I'm getting the message above. I've rebooted several times.

I've done a disk search and all my PST files seem to be where they should be.

What should I do now?? Help!
