Cannot share calendar in Outlook

I have a user with an Exchange Account. Her Navigation Pane is on, but the
link to Share My Calendar does not appear. "Open a Shared Calendar" does
appear, and she claims the had "Share My Calendar" at one time. She has two
checkboxes checked, one under My Calendars and another under Other Calendars.
Any ideas how to access the "Share My Calendar" feature without the link?
