I am trying to change the time on my PC because the time on it is slower than
what I want. Everytime I change it within 30min to 2hrs it reverts back to
what is was. Ex. if it is 10:30 on the pc now and I change it to 10:36. one
hour from now instead of saying 11:36 it will say 11:30. I have tried
numerious times to change it to be 6 min faster that what it is to set it to
our time clock. (I did not have this problem when I has win98)
Thanks is anyone can help.

Are you on a domain? If so, you're syncing with the domain controller. And
you need to be. If the DC's time is wrong, it needs to be corrected there -
it should be set up to sync to a public time server.
