Cannot send Word documents

When I attempt to send out a Word 2007 document, I find the email section
grayed out but the fax section is usable. Regular messages are sent and
received without problems. I would appreciate any help you can give. Thanks.

Word needs the presence of something called MAPI Handler.
Do you have Outlook 2007 installed? If not, and your Office CD
doesn't have Outlook, there should be a MAPI Handler
on the CD which can be added through a custom install.
