cannot send or receive mail

sthis is the error message that pops up....called company they walked me
through but still does not work!!! please help! then it will say, your pop3
server has not responded in 60 secs do you want to wait or stop.

That may indicates a 'stuck' email on the server.
Log in via webmail (using your browser), sort the messages there by date,
delete all the older ones you already have downloaded, plus one more.
Try Windows Mail again.
