help please

I cant download mail, I can send but when I try to receive, I get the same 2
messages back and the error message "Message number 3 could not be retrieved.
Account: 'Shelley Email', Server: 'pop3.fuse.net', Protocol: POP3, Server
Response: ' ', Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 0x800CCC90, Error
Number: 0x800420CD" for each email sitting on the server.

Dave

That usually indicates a corrupted message on the server.
Log on to the webmail portal to your account, and deleted the 3 oldest
messages (the 2 you already got, plus the corrupt one).
