Cannot send messages

I am having the same problem as everyone else on this post. Have any of you
resolved this yet? I've followed all the suggestions and even talked to
Microsoft. Nothing has worked.
 
We'll need more information: What version of Outlook do you have? What
type of email account(s)? What happens when you try to send a message? If
you get an error, what is it?
