Cannot send mail, receive it fine

This is the error message i get, I hope someone can help me.

The connection to the server has failed. Subject 'test', Account: 'main
mail', Server: 'smtp.comcast.net', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No,
Socket Error: 10060, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E
 
Try setting the SMTP server port to 587 instead of 25, as recommended
by Comcast:

You can get to that setting by going to Tools, Accounts, select the account,
Properties, Advanced.

If that does not help, the problem can be caused by a non-compatible
antivirus. Which antivirus program are you running?
