cannot select recipient in windows mail

Dear All,

My Windows Mail cannot lookup the Windows Contact in Vista. Everytime I try
to compose a new email, and select email address. The address table list
cannot be displayed, and show the error "cannot select recipient".

Also when I try to export the address book in the Vista Windows Contacts,
there is red cross box shown. I cannot even export the contact.

Would anyone suggest how to recover the problem to fix the windows contacts
issue? Is there any reference on the web? Thanks for your help very much!

Sorry I make the Windows Contact the default program. But it still doesn't
work. BTW I read other ppl's posts and uninstall KB933928. However It doesn't
work for me as well.
