Cannot see security tab on second drive folders

Hello.

When I right click on a folder in windows explorer from my C: drive, i can
use the security tab. But when i do this from my second E: drive, the
security tab does not show.

I unchecked the option to "Use simple file sharing" in
ControlPanel\FolderOptions\View.

Does anybody know how to fix this ?

Is your secondary E: drive formatted NTFS or FAT32?

You'll need to convert that drive to NTFS.
