Cannot see 1 domain in network browse list

Hi,

I look after a number of domains on different subnets. It would appear that
our head office domain doesn't appear in the browse list from one of the
branch offices.

I have run browstat with the below outcome (from branchoffice DC).......

C:\>browstat status headoffice

Status for domain headoffice on transport
\Device\NetBT_Tcpip_{872174FA-FF55-4119-BB
F3-983BF6BD23C2}
Browsing is active on domain.
Master name cannot be determined from GetAdapterStatus. Using
\\SERVER18-DB

Master browser is running build 3790
3 backup servers retrieved from master SERVER18-DB
\\SERVER18-DB
\\SERVER21-DB
\\SERVERMAIL2
There are 116 servers in domain headoffice on transport
\Device\NetBT_Tcpip_{872
174FA-FF55-4119-BBF3-983BF6BD23C2}
There are 8 domains in domain headoffice on transport
\Device\NetBT_Tcpip_{87217
4FA-FF55-4119-BBF3-983BF6BD23C2}

The DCs are all single homed and can ping each other.

Can anyone point me in the right direction on how to troubleshoot this?

Is the above error "Master name cannot be determined from GetAdapterStatus"
critical? What can I do to address this?

Any help on this greatly appreciated! If you need more info please let me
know.

assuming you have WINS servers, make sure the replication work fine.

Looks like an incorrect WINS entry was to blame. Thanks for pointing me in the right direction.
