cannot save files to CD drive; "access denied contact administrator"

I am the administrator, when I tried to save my data last
night I got this dialog box and was unable to save. I'm
sure there is a security detail I must check or uncheck,
but where? There are 3 users on the computer and all aare
administrators.The unit is currently a stand-alone.

What method are you using? Drag and drop to the CD,
windows built in writing software, third party etc,etc.

Is this XP pro? Any policy changes that may have caused this?
