Cannot save file!

Okay. I have a very long Word file that I update frequently. Lately, I open
the file, type what I need to, then click "save," only to have a window pop
up directing me to "Save As." When I click "Ok" to save it with the same file
name, it says "Word cannot complete the save due to a file permission error.
C:\Users\Talia\Desktop\Blog Master.docx" Blog Master is the title of the
document. Is it because it is a .docx file? Or because it has Master in the
title? I can't find anything under the document properties, permissions or
anywhere else. Help!!

It is more likely a problem with orphan files - see
