Cannot save anything in Movie Maker 6

Need to reinstall Movie Maker 6 in Vista Business - have checked all
discussions - tried all solutions - nothing fixes. Cannot import any media,
cannot add titles, cannot do much of anything! Worked fine for months then
quit!
 
What did you do to your pc just before it quit working?
Add any software, update any, install codecs anything?
Reverse it with system restore.
