Cannot run Access 2003

Whenever I try to run MS Access on my laptop, I get a notice that Access is
being configured. I have removed MS Office and reinstalled it, but I still
cannot use Access. Any suggestions?

Try uninstalling and then using the MS windows installer cleanup
utility to remove any leftover bits of Office, then reinstalling.
