Cannot right-click on icons - After SP2 Update

When i right click on an icon on my desktop i get this
error - The instruction at "0x02e0415b" referrenced
memory at "0x00000000" the memory could not be "written".

The code "0x02e0415b" is always different. This does not
happen when i click on my xomputer only seperate icons
[unrelated to windows XP]

This started happening after installation of SP2

Are you using DivX 5.2? If so go back to 5.1 or disable DEP.
