Cannot reply to or forward e-mail

when I try to reply to ro forward an e-mail when using the
web access the window just closes with out sending my
response. What setting is causing this? Thanks for the
help.
 
Disable your popup blocker or hold down the CTRL key when clicking the
link/button.
