cannot remove the spyware!!!

The software can detect the problems. But once the system
reboots, error message about 'the file module cannot be
located'. And the situation remain unchanged. Can anybody
helps? Thanks!

Are you logging into the administrator account that
installled the app?

What is it finding?

We can't help you unless you tell us what's being
detected. Every piece of spyware has to be dealt with
differently.

Also, make certain that you are not trying to remove
anything when logged into a limited user account, as the
removal WILL fail.
