Check in Tools>Options>Other>Advanced Options>COM Add-Ins or Add-In Manager.

I had the same problem with the Outlook toolbar that keeps returnin
every time I open Outlook again after deleting the toolbar. I trie
the suggestion above but the toolbar in question wasn't liste
there
Any ideas? It was a [b:f5155ea880]Payy
Tec Spamkiller[/b:f5155ea880] free application that caused th
problem after I deleted it

You need to uninstall the application that installed it - maybe delete
outcmd.dat too. (Have no idea what you were told to do, since you didn't
quote the previous reply.)

Diane, Thanks for your suggestion, but I deleted the application (thru
Add/Remove Programs) and the folders that remained afterward as Program Files
(obviously their uninstall was pretty bad!) and the outcmd.dat file as well
and the Payya Tec toolbar is still coming up!
Any ideas? Any help would be much appreciated!
Thanks,
DJ

Diane,
I finally solved it by doing what you suggested as well as deleting a
SpamKill.dll file I found.
Thanks,
DJ
