I cannot open, remove, delete or reinstall a software
(photoexplosion)program from my pc.
The error: there is no sufficient authorization.
I'm the administrator of my pc.
Have no problem with other programs.

Try deleting it from an administrative account in Safe Mode. The program
may be running in regular mode and you can't delete a running program.
To get into Safe Mode, repeatedly tap the F8 key as the computer is
starting up to get the correct menu.
