Cannot recieve faxes

I can send faxes but I cannot recieve them. I had
enabled the fax console to recieve and send faxes.
Everytime I am about to receive a fax, it states there is
an error. Help me please.
 
You can try uninstalling all your FAX software and reinstalling it, this
will sometimes fix the problem. If not, uninstall the software again and
uninstall the modem. Reboot reinstall the modem if the OS doesn't detect
it, then the FAX software. If this still doesn't work check for any new
drivers for your modem and try again. If you still don't have any luck
please repost.
