Cannot recieve emails on outlook express

A friend of mine was sent an email and without reading it he sent to the
virus vault on his pana security and was put in quarantine. Now he cannot
recieve any mail all mail is pending and its sais wait 30 secounds but
nothing happens still sais recieving mail. Help...

Since OE is glued to Windows, couldn't we consider this group as an OE
group?
