Cannot recieve emails, get error

Hi, I have uninstalled Norton and am still getting this error when trying to
recieve. Any advice would be helpful:)

Response: '-ERR Unknown Command', Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error:
0x800CCC90, Error Number: 0x800CCC18
