cannot receive mail from a particular domain

Hi
Exchange 2000 is the mail server
can send mail to xyz.com(say for example),but cannot receive mail sent by xyz.co
can send and receive mail to other domains
pls. let me know how to solve this isu

Does the sender on xyz.com get an NDR? If so, what is the exact text of the
error? Is this the only domain from which you know you can't receive mail?
