Cannot receive emails

Hi,
I'm suddenly unable to receive emails on Windows Mail. I've rechecked my
account info with Verizon, my internet provider, and tested an email sent
directly to my account with them but unable to receive windows mail. Any
suggestions? Thank you.

What if any antivirus programs do you have? Some of them cause assorted
problems in Windows Mail, although seldom immediately.

Do you get any error messages when trying to receive mail? If so, right
click on them and copy the entire error messages to your next message.

Does this lead you to setup instructions for the Verizon email servers
that you haven't checked yet?

You don't give us much to go on.
Is there an error message when you try to receive?
Does it appear to go through the motions of contacting the server?
Does it respond (in the status bar) with "No New Messages"?
When you check the server via webmail, are there messages waiting to be downloaded?
