Cannot receive emails after Ex2003 installation

On Saturday I run all tasks as required (as I think of it) and have one
"small" issue - I can send emails out to hotmail and sympatico but I do not
receive them back???

I installed Ex2003 with SP1 on member server Win2003 (updated)
mail.otffeo.on.ca - 192.168.14.251 (cable unplugged the old Ex55 before).
I used exactly the same name and IP address in order to avoid MX and
Firewall issues.

Now is the question, what is the problem? No error messages and all Ex2003
services started ok. I can telnet 192.168.14.251 on both ports 25 and 143.
I can send and receive locally from Outlook to Outlook.

I would appreciate for any ideas.

Did you receive an e-mail on this? I too have installed outlook express but
can not receive e-mail. It sends fine but does not receive...any advice?
