Cannot receive email with POP3 servers

I am having an issue where I get an error when I click send and receive. It
basically says the POP3 server did not respond in 60 seconds and if I wanted
to wait for another 60 seconds to wait or stop. This happens with any POP3
because I am getting my hotmail email just fine. Anyone have this problem?

Any ports blocked by a firewall?
try increasing your timeout.

I think I am having the same problem. I am not receiving any mail in
outllok. I can only get it from Comcast. Why? And how can I just click
on
outlook, and my mail will be there?

have you checked your settings with Comcast?
