Cannot print right margin of websites

Some websites will cut off the right margin when I try to print them.

What causes this problem? How can I resolve it?

Sites coded for a width wider than your paper.

SOME options:

A browser that, like Firefox, can scale the output to fit the width of
the paper. This may make text hard to read or create artifacts in images
though.

Some width can be gained by printing the page in landscape orientation.
This makes the page wider, but it ends up shorter in the vertical direction.

Select the material you want to print, copy it to the Windows clipboard
and paste the material into your preferred word processor or publishing
program (like Windows Wordpad, Microsoft Word, Corel Ventura or
OpenOffice.org Write).

Not if you install it correctly (IMHO).

Required reading IMHO before installing IE7:

[And I strongly recommend using
http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/default.mspx as the installation source,
not Automatic/Windows Update.]
