Cannot Print More than One Copy

Using an HP 4650 printer, when we select to print more than one copy, only
one comes out

what is the print processor name?

properties, Advanced, Print Processor.

try winprint and see if that addresses the issue.

We are using winprint, could it get corrupt, no other printers are effected

Can you setup another print queue that is using a compatible but inbox
driver for the device and see it can print multiples? If that works then
uninstall and reinstall the 4650 driver. Yes I realize no printers can be
assigned to the driver before deleting it.

Thats what we did we are using PCL 5 drivers instead of using PCL 6
