Cannot ping my router...help

this is my connection

I have a computer the IP address of my computer is 192.168.100.74 I have a linksys router the IP address of my router is 192.168.100.221 I declare it as static. the second port of my router i declared it as dhcp server the ip address is 192.168.0.1 and on that port i connect a laptop. The laptop is working it can ping the ip address of my computer it can access the internet, but from my computer i cannot ping 192.168.100.221. we are in the same subnet mask....hope u could help me.
