cannot open with XML transformations in Word Finnish Language edit

Word 2003 Finnish language version does not present an option "Open with
Transform"....

I was at this page in the training but had to stop because my finnish
language version of word did not have this menu option. It has Open with
Bowser (greyed out in my version) followed by Open and Repair

Do you have the standard, professional or enterprise version of Office? Or
did you purchase Word as standalone software?

Most XML features are NOT available in the standard or academic versions of
Office 2003.
