cannot open url

I met a very strange problem with IE 6. I cannot open url
in a page by double clicking it, either can't right click
url and select open. there is nothing happens. can anybody
tell me how to fix this? thx

Click Start | Run | type "regsvr32 urlmon.dll"

Also, try this:
