Cannot Open task assignments

When I receive a task request, or a reply to a task I assigned to someone
else, it appears in my inbox, but I cannot open it. Outlook says "Cannont
open this item. Outlook cannot do this action on this type of attachement."
I cannot move them or delete them either. Can anyone please help me?

Tiffany asked this question on March 27 at 9:56 AM EDT and then again at
10:22. There's no need to ask more than once. I do see, however, no one's
had any suggestions. The reason for that probably lies in the fact that
Tiffany never gave any details, like what type of account, how she migrated
her data from OL 2003 to OL 2007, and things like that.
