Are we to assume you have installed (or reinstalled) Adobe Acrobat Reader?

I have the same problem as Neenu, Adobe Acrobat installed but IE wants to open all .pdf files using MSWord. Currently, only solution is to save the file separately to disk and open using Adobe. Not a great solution, so any help appreciated.

Your problem is file associations.. PDFs have been asssoicated in IE/Windows
possibly with Word somehow.

Neenu confirmed they do not have Adobe Acrobat reader installed via email.
