Cannot open Outlook

Everytime I try to open Outlook 2003, Student and Teacher edition, I get the
following dialog box:

"Cannot open Microsoft Office Outlook. Unable to open the Outlook window.
The set of folders could not be opened."

Anyone have a solution?

how about installing and configuring outlook for the profile you are using?
