cannot open outlook calandar

When I press the "Calandar" icon nothing happens. Just an hour glass. I
have to press control alt delete to stop it. I tried "repair" and re
installing. Same problem.
 
Try a new mail profile here: Control Panel->Mail Icon->Profiles->New. Do
not copy the old one as it appears to be corrupt.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.
