Hi,
I have a problem with a couple of my user.
first we are using exchange 2003.
I migrate outlook 2000 to outlook 2003 everything went fine but a couple of
my user cannont open outlook, the error message is saying that it cannot
contact exchange, maybe there is a network problem, contact your admin...
and outlook is closing.

I create a pst with the user email, I have deleted their ad account and
exchange mail box.
I create a new account.
I lauch outlook 2003 it works fine.
I put everything that was in the pst file into is outlook folder on
exchange, same thing with is calendar.
everything is fine, I restart the computer 2-3 time, still working fine.
after maybe an hour, I re-lauch outlook and I have the same error message,
and I cannot open outlook anymore.
the solution: downgrade to outlook 2000.

One thing that all those user have in common, they have a calendar with a
lot of stuff in it.

Anyone have an idea to fix that problem, I don't know what to do.

thanks for your help.

You shouldn't lose anything and you should hopefully only have to use the
switch once. Let me know what happens.

I open the pst, and use drag from the pst and drop into his mailbox.

this morning I create a new user with a copy of a user that have that
problem and I can't even open outllook.

I think I will place a call at Microsoft next week if I cannot figure out
what is the problem.

Ok here is the solution that I found:

start > run > REGEDIT

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\
Lsa\[Kerberos]

create new folder called Parameters
create new dword called MaxTokenSize
value 35535 decimal (should appear as 0000ffff)

Reboot the pc try opening outlook.
