Public Folders appear above mailbox since migration (5.5 to 2003)

This is only for a couple of users, but since we migrated from Exchange 5.5
to 2003 a couple of Outlook 2000 mailboxes are having a strange issue. When
they open the Outlook everything works fine, but the public folders appear
above the mailbox instead of at the bottom like everyone else. If I use
Outlook 2003 it's fine, we are not rolling out Outlook 2003 yet so need a
solution for Outlook 2000 users. Any ideas?

Just go to the bottom of the Folder List and click on the icons in the Status
Bar to change the order. Make sure your View is set to show the Status Bar.
