Outlook 2003 won't open

I have Outlook 2003 on my machine with two users: one local and Messenger
Exchange. The local user works find. The Exchange user will not open and i
get the message: "Cannot start Microsoft Office Outlook. Unable to open the
outlook window. The set of folders could not be opened". I have run the .pst
repair program, scanpst.exe and did fix some problems but got the same
respoonse. Then i ran the .ost repair program, scanost.exe and it comes back
saying it could not access the Exchange computer. I know i have access to
that site since i can run IE on that site.

Any help with this problem would be appreciated.

Thanks

Beling able to connect to a server using Internet Exporer has no bearing on
whether you can connect to an Exchange server on that same server.
Different protocols and different ports, usually. Ask the people who
maintain your Exchange server.

Larry,
I have just received the "Cannot start Microsoft Outlook....the set of
folders could not be opened.
How do I repair either using the pst.reapir or another way?
