Cannot open IE6 in a different account on Win XP

Can someone help? I have windows XP. There are two
seperate accounts on the computer. IE opens without any
problem on one of them but not the other. I keep getting
"page cannot be displayed" I have not changed any setting
recently so I am not sure what the problem could be. Could
someone please help me?

Try seting the security setting under tools internet
options/security. select internet and set the settings.
Also check the customize for internet security and ensure
the settings are correct.
