Cannot open ebay.

Hi,
I know it's not the end of the world but for the last 4
days I cannot access any ebay pages(I am in Ireland) I
have deleted all cookies and emptied my temp internet
files . It is the only site I cannot open. Do I have to
adjust any settings to open ebay? If I drive 10 miles up
the road to an Internet cafe in Northern Ireland no
problem. Anybody have a solution.
