cannot open contacts

How come my Contacts in Windows Mail is unable to open at all? I clicked on
the Contacts button and even tried doing it from Windows Search. Both cannot
work.

try storing your contacts in youy user account under the contacts folder or
re-entering them by hand by clicking thet to button when composing a new
message
