Cannot Open Attachments Outlook 2002

I have a user that upgraded from Outlook 2000 to 2002.
Since then she cannot open office attachments
(.doc,.ppt,.xls,...). She get the "Attachment Security
Warning" and can only save the file. What is the fix for
this? Thanks!
 
Not sure if it's the same problem but go to Tools/Options/Security and unclick the Do not allow attachments to be saved or opened that could potentially be a virus. This might do it, good luck.

That's the Outlook EXPRESS fix.
