Cannot open attachments in Outlook 2002

I have a user that recently upgraded from Outlook 2000 to 2002. Since then, when she tries to open an attachment (.doc,.xls,.ppt) she get a "Attachment Security Warning" message and can only save. Can anyone help with this problem.

Check your registry for the following key;
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\10.0\Outlook\Security]

Make sure there is no entry for those type of attachments in the key
Level1Remove.
